Feasibility study |
| The feasibility study involves a thorough analysis of customer operations and IT requirements. This analytical phase results in the generation of a Project Definition Report (PDR), that provides the basis for a detailed specification of what Banqsoft will supply. |
Delivery project |
| The delivery project is based on the specification generated by the analytical phase: product set-up, output requirements, interfaces, data-conversion methods, change requests and, finally, acceptance criteria. |
